 Extreme Accountability Challenge Day 6
As I am almost at the end of my first week of the Extreme Accountability Challenge, this is proof positive that knowing that I have to post this picture of my scales each morning is a powerful deterrent to my food cravings. I’m not sure when I became such a foodie, but walking by the pantry knowing that there is something to snack on and not having at least a taste would have seemed unthinkable to me a week ago. Now I just go for another glass of water and believe it or not it is satisfying. Thanks to everyone willing to read these posts and for being my accountability partners throughout this journey.
